We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase of My Solace. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of buying the lifetime unlock, you can request a full refund.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment partner, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all My Solace transactions. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at smiiler999@hotmail.com and I will arrange it for you.
After 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If you have a genuine concern, please still get in touch — we read every message.

Your 7-day free trial begins when you create your account. No payment is taken during the trial, so nothing needs to be refunded if you decide not to continue.
